How You Can Help

Honey bees and other pollinators  face many challenges today. Honey bee health, loss of colonies, loss of habitat, environmental stress. These are problems not only for beekeepers but for everyone.  The Florida State Beekeepers Association is working to bring a world class Honey Bee Research and Education Lab to the University of Florida.   We expect the lab will cost $3.5million.  We have already secured more than $2.7 million in funding but we are not there yet. We want to break ground by January 2017 and we urgently need your support.  You can help by joining the FSBA in our efforts to build the lab. Membership is only $15 per year.  You can also donate to the lab or sponsor a square foot for $350.
